Hoi An is located in the area of typically tropical monsoon climate with high temperature and little fluctuations.
The climate of Hoi An is not much different from Danang’s. Both of province are in the transition zone of interwoven climate between the North and the South, with the dominance of a typically tropical climate in the south. There are two distinct seasons every year in Hoi An: the rainy season lasts from August to December and the dry season from January to July, there are occasional winter frosts but not bold and last for a long time.
There is not too hot period in Hoi An, usually average temperature is 28-330C in June, July, August. In, winter months of December, January, February, March, average temperature is about 18-230C.
